Naveen Goyal

Naveen Goyal is having more than 11 years of experience in various domains of Risk Management in a large Public Sector Bank in India. He is passionate about Technology, Climate Risk and Travelling. He has expertise in establishing systems and procedures and making policies.

He holds PGDM (Finance) from IMT-Ghaziabad and B.Tech (ICT) from DAIICT-Gandhinagar and has many certificates in the relevant field.

Vaibhav Narang

Vaibhav Narang is the Vice President, at Ampersand Group. He has worked in financial markets since 2009 and started his career as Manager, Corporate Banking at Bank of Baroda before moving to Reliance Capital Limited into infrastructure finance role, covering the renewable sector. He has had stints with large renewable energies companies Acme Solar & Atria Power in senior corporate finance roles.

Over the last 14 years he has successfully led capital raise on the debt and equity side and has raised cumulative capital of more than $2.5 Bn in various roles. He is a keen follower of energy transition space with interest in capital markets and governance mechanisms for new greener economies.

Venu Tiwari

A commerce graduate turned climate professional, Venu brings a multidisciplinary approach to climate finance and sustainability. Skilled in translating complex ESG frameworks, impact metrics, and climate data into actionable strategies, she bridges the gap between policy, finance, and people. From leading unplastic campaigns to exploring circular economy models, Venu has worked across sectors to turn sustainability goals into measurable impact. With experience in initiatives like Climeye—a platform where human stories meet climate science—she combines analytical insight with creative communication to make climate action accessible and engaging. At India ESG, Venu contributes to research on climate finance mechanisms, impact assessment frameworks and data-driven solutions that enable real-world climate progress.
